MSE informs that the Shareholders Assembly of Alumina AD Skopje was held on 05.04.2003. The Assembly approved the annual financial statements for 2001 and 2002. In both years Alumina AD Skopje showed losses: in 2001 loss in amount of 593,789,542 denars and in 2002 in amount of 223,226,113 denars. Therefore Alumina AD Skopje will not distribute dividends to its shareholders.
