According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 07.02.2005: - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 7 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 15.000 per share, through 1 transaction; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje purchased 20 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 1.152 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 07.02.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 237 ordinary shares; - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 35 ordinary shares, 79 preferred shares.
