Public warning for the listed company DS Smith AD Skopje

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje made a decision to issue a public warning through the website of the Stock Exchange to the company DS Smith AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange in the Stock Market Listing sub-segment, due to non-publication of unaudited financial statements for the period 01.01.- 30.06.2024 and an explanation for the same within the prescribed period, thus failing to act in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 3 and paragraph 4 of the Listing Rules.
