According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 07.10.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-155 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.300 per share, through 1 transaction;
-39 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.200 per share, through 2 transactions;
-50 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.100 per share, through 4 transactions;
Vitaminka AD Prilep bought:
-114 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.100 per share, through 1 transaction;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 07.10.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 18 ordinary shares,
- RZ Institut AD Skopje - 13 ordinary shares,
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 54 ordinary shares,
- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 160 ordinary shares,
- Tehnometal Vardar AD Skopje - 13 ordinary shares,
- Makstil AD Skopje - 1.204 ordinary shares.
