Sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 06.12.2004

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies sold treasury shares on 06.12.2004: - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola sold 10.050 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 315 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 06.12.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 21 ordinary shares; - Makstil AD Skopje - 479 ordinary shares; - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 176 ordinary shares; - FZC 11 Oktomvri AD Kumanovo - 373 ordinary shares; - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 5 ordinary shares; - RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje - 22 ordinary shares; - RZ Tehnicka kontrola AD Skopje - 8 ordinary shares.
