Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

According to the data from the trading system, we inform that listed companis executed share buy-back on 05.08.2020 
- Ading AD Skopje bought 2.000 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 618,00 per share, through 1 transaction
- Interpromet AD Tetovo bought 80 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 1.500,00 per share, through 1 transaction.

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 05.08.2020 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed: 
- Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje – 6 ordinary shares 
- Makpetrol AD Skopje – 40 ordinary shares
