- 1 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.900 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 05.02.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- VV Tikves AD Skopje - 52 ordinary shares,
- Granit AD Skopje - 229 ordinary shares,
- Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 300 ordinary shares.
