According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 03.02.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 821 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 33 per share, through 3 transactions; The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 03.02.2006: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid sold 10 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 5.910 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 03.02.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Oteks AD Ohrid- 159 ordinary shares, - OHIS AD Skopje - 149 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 70 ordinary shares.
