According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 05.12.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 64 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 38 per share, through 1 transaction; The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 05.12.2005: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid sold 12 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 4,700 per share, through 1 transaction.
