The company Vabtek MZT AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market of the Mandatory Listing sub-segment of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, has been issued a public warning through the website of the Stock Exchange for not publishing the decisions listed in Article 39 paragraph 7 of the Listing Rules within the prescribed period and with that the issuer did not act in accordance with this article of the Listing Rules.
