Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' share

According to the data from the trading system, we inform that a listed company executed share buy-backs on 04.12.2012: 
Alkaloid AD Skopje  bought:
- 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.000,00 per share, through 1 transaction
- 20 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.070,00 per share, through 1 transaction
- 20 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.100,00 per share, through  1 transaction
- 22 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.001,00 per share, through  3 transactions

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 04.12.2012 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed:

-Makpetrol AD Skopje – 3 ordinary shares.
