According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 04.11.2004: - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 37 ordinary shares, as follows: - 1 ordinary share for the price of MKD 12.201 per share, through 1 transaction; - 19 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 12.210 per share, through 1 transaction; - 17 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 12.250 per share, through 1 transaction; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje purchased 50 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 1.000 per share, through 1 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 04.11.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 14 ordinary shares.
