Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 04.10.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 04.10.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 947 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 52 per share, through 5 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 04.10.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 194 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 23 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 40 ordinary shares, - Beton AD Skopje - 38 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 527 ordinary shares.
