Share buy-backs and sale of treasury shares of listed companies on 04.10,2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 04.10.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 146 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 35 per share, through 2 transactions; - Teteks AD Tetovo bought 2.623 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 310 per share, through 1 transaction. The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 04.10.2005: - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 50 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.750 per share, through transaction.
