Share buy-backs and sale of treasury shares of listed companies on 04.10.2004

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you of the following: On 04.10.2004 the following listed companies executed share buy-backs: - Granit AD Skopje purchased 1.945 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 90 per share, through 10 transactions; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje purchased 50 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 950 per share, through 2 transactions; - Skopski pazar AD Skopje purchased 30 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.650 per share, through 1 transaction. On 04.10.2004 the following listed companies sold treasury shares: - Alkaloid AD Skopje sold 17.771 treasury shares, for the price of MKD 1.900 per share, through 1 transaction.
