Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' share

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 03.02.2009:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-370 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 3.400 per share, through 1 transaction;

Vitaminka AD Prilep bought:
-60 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.700 per share, through 2 transactions;


According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 03.02.2009 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Komuna AD Skopje - 166 ordinary shares 
- Makedonijaturist AD Skopje - 325 ordinary shares
