Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.951 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 190 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 3 transactions;
-20 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.970 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 01.02.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Alkaloid AD Skopje - 182 ordinary shares,
- Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 139 ordinary shares,
- Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 44 preferred shares.
