The following listed companies executed sale of treasury shares on 03.11.2004: - Granit AD Skopje, through 1 block-trade, sold 57.582 ordinary shares,i.e. 1,87% of the total shares, for the price of MKD 94 per share, with total value of transaction of MKD 5.412.708. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 03.11.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 8 ordinary shares.
