Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 28.07.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 28.07.2006: - Investbanka AD Skopje bought 88 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.700 per share, through 2 transactions and 16 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.730 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.07.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 89 ordinary shares, - Blagoj Gorev AD Veles- 68 ordinary shares, - Fakom AD Skopje - 28 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje- 546 ordinary shares.
