Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 30.05.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 30.05.2005: - Skopski pazar AD Skopje bought 101 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 4.500 per share, through 1 transaction. - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 397 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.200 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 30.05.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - SIK Jelak AD Tetovo - 127 ordinary shares; - Granit AD Skopje - 1.290 ordinary shares; - Mlaz AD Bogdanci - 211 ordinary shares.
