Today, 31.01.2019, the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje signed memorandum of cooperation with the Macedonian Banking Association which determine the fields for cooperation that are of mutual interest in the area of financial operation and operations with securities.
The purpose of the cooperation is to improve the situation on the financial market and the securities market in the Republic of Macedonia.
The cooperation will be realized in several areas, with special focus on the exchange of information, materials and experiences related to the achievement of the goals, as well as organizing educational activities, primarily seminars, courses and workshops of common interest and in the domain of the field of work for both sides.
The Memorandum also foresees taking initiatives regarding legal regulations and bylaws in the domain of securities transactions of importance to both parties.
