Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 30.01.2008: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 5ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.951 per share, through 1 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 30.01.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 120 ordinary shares, - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 10 ordinary shares, - TTK banka AD Skopje - 49 ordinary shares.
