Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

According to the data from the trading system, we inform that listed companis executed share buy-back on 29.09.2020 Makpetrol AD Skopje bought: 
-52 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 69.500,00 per share, through 17 transactions
-48 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 69.988,00 per share, through 11 transactions

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 29.09.2020 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed: 
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje – 38 ordinary shares 
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje – 39 ordinary shares 
- Mermeren Kombinat AD Prilep – 345 ordinary shares 
- Ugotur AD Skopje – 42 ordinary shares
