SHARE BUY-BACKS AND NON-TRADE TRANSFERS OF LISTED COMPANIES' SHARE

According to the data from the trading system, we inform that a listed company executed share buy-backs on 27.06.2014 Fersped AD Skopje bought:
- 340 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 273.600,00 per share, through block transaction 
- 448 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 267.900,00 per share, through block transaction 
- 250 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 296.000,00 per share, through block transaction 
- 250 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 280.000,00 per share, through block transaction 

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.06.2014 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed 
-Komercijalna banka AD Skopje – 209 ordinary shares
-Alkaloid AD Skopje – 765 ordinary shares
