Sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 29.06.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed sale of treasury shares on 29.06.2005: - Makpetrol AD Skopje sold 20 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 15.000 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 29.06.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - EMO AD Ohrid - 60 ordinary shares; - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 38 ordinary shares; - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 257 ordinary shares; - Granit AD Skopje - 574 ordinary shares; - Vitaminka AD Prilep - 480 ordinary shares.
