According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 29.05.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 37 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.590 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 29.05.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 12 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje - 47 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 45 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 258 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 1.047 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 385 ordinary shares.
