Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 29.05.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 29.05.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 329 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 42 per share, through 2 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 29.05.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Fakom AD Skopje – 12 ordinary shares, - Beton AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares, - Ohridska banka AD ohrid - 331 ordinary shares.
