According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 29.04.2008:

- 50 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.280 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 91 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.260 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 29.04.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
