Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 27.04.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 27.04.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 85 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.953 per share, through 1 transaction; - 500 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.990 per share, through 4 transactions; - 974 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.300 per share, through 3 transactions; - 30 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.650 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.04.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 2 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 57 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 149 ordinary shares, - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 85 ordinary shares, - Beton AD Skopje - 11 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 193 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares, - ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 24 ordinary shares, - OHIS AD Skopje - 98 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 55 ordinary shares.
