Board of directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the meeting held on 29.03.2004, according to the articles 13.12 and 13.13 of the Rules for listing of securities on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, has delisted the shares of the following companies: - Alumina AD Skopje, - Edinstvo AD Tetovo, - Evroteks AD Skopje, - Jugotutun AD Sveti Nikole, - Makedonijaproekt AD Skopje, - Metalec AD Prilep, - Stobi AD Veles, - Tane Caleski AD Kicevo, - Veteks AD Veles and - Zito Karaorman AD Kicevo The shares of these companies will be delisted from 01.04.2004. From that date these shares can be traded on the unofficial market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
