According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 29.12.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 390 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 37 per share, through 2 transactions; -Investbanka AD Skopje bought 421 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.670 per share, through 1 block transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 29.12.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje – 250 ordinary shares; - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 49 ordinary shares.
