Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 29.12.2004

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 29.12.2004: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje purchased 220 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 1.051 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 29.12.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 29 ordinary shares; - Makstil AD Skopje - 664 ordinary shares; - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 7 ordinary shares; - RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje - 30 ordinary shares.
