Board of directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the meeting held on 29.12.2003, according to the articles 13.12 and 13.13 of the Rules for listing of securities on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, has delisted the shares of the following companies: - Avioimpeks AD Skopje, - Beton Bitola AD Bitola, - Tabak AD Ohrid, - Proluks AD Prilep, - Tutun AD Skopje and - Vior-rostfrei AD Ohrid. The shares of these companies will be delisted from 05.01.2004. From that date these shares can be traded on the unofficial market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
