According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 29.11.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 187 ordinary shares, as follows: - 109 shares for the price of MKD 1.849 per share, through 3 transactions; - 78 shares for the price of MKD 1.850 per share, through 5 transactions. - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje purchased 100 ordinary shares, as follows: - 50 shares for the price of MKD 1.004 per share, through 1 transaction; - 50 shares for the price of MKD 1.005 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 29.11.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Dimko Mitrev AD Veles - 49 ordinary shares; - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 88 ordinary shares.
