The purpose of the cooperation is to promote good corporate governance practices by increasing the level of education on this important topic and improving the business environment by promoting the excellence in corporate governance and assistance and the support of directors in the accomplishment of their functions.

Cooperation will start with the organization of the second training for corporate secretaries in the Republic of North Macedonia.
