Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed company executed share buy-backs on 02.06.2008:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-  65 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.150 per share, through 2 transactions;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 02.06.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Fersped AD Skopje - 7 ordinary shares;
- Makedonijaturist AD Skopje - 500 ordinary shares.
