Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 28.04.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 28.04.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 456 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 3 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.04.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje – 25 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 208 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 - ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 565 ordinary shares.
