Sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 02.02.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed sale of treasury shares on 02.02.2006: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid sold 15 ordinary treasury shares, for the price of MKD 6.213 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 02.02.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Beton AD Skopje - 23 ordinary shares; - Blagoj Gorev AD Veles - 734 ordinary shares; - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 8 ordinary shares; - VV Tikves AD Kavadarci - 182 ordinary shares; - Fersped AD Skopje - 20 ordinary shares.
