Sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 02.02.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed sale of treasury shares on 02.02.2005: - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 101 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 1.045 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 02.02.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje - 27 ordinary shares; - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 434 ordinary shares, 200 preferred shares; - Stopanska banka AD Bitola - 572 ordinary shares; - Makstil AD Skopje - 598 ordinary shares; - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 220 ordinary shares; - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 26 ordinary shares; - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 968 preferred shares; - Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 1.653 ordinary shares; - Zito Luks AD Skopje - 765 ordinary shares.
