Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 30.11.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 30.11.2007: Alkaloid AD Skopje bought 1.001 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 9.100 per share, through 2 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 30.11.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 19 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 296 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 152 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 18 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 5 ordinary shares, - Beton AD Skopje - 15 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 413 ordinary shares.
