According to the data from the trading system, we inform that listed companis executed share buy-back on 28.09.2020 ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola bought: 
-11 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.649,00 per share, through 1 transaction
-10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.650,00 per share, through 1 transaction

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.09.2020 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed: 
- Ohridska Banka AD Skopje – 3 ordinary shares 
- Rade Koncar Aparatna tehnika AD Skopje – 6.840 ordinary shares 
- Alkaloid AD Skopje – 1.000 ordinary shares
