According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 26.09.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 130 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.200 per share, through 2 transactions;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.09.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Alkaloid AD Skopje – 50 ordinary shares,
- ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 40 ordinary shares,
- Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 336 ordinary shares.
