According to the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 28.07.2011:

-100 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 551,00 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.07.2011 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed:

-Granit AD Skopje – 100 ordinary shares.
-Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep – 130 ordinary shares.
