According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.12.2009 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:

-Ohis AD Skopje - 124 ordinary shares; 
-Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 465 ordinary shares.
