According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 26.12.2008:
Alkaloid AD Skopje bought:
-200 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.850 per share, through 2 transactions;
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 3.550 per share, through 1 transaction;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.12.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Alkaloid AD Skopje - 306 ordinary shares
- Metropol AD Ohrid- 367 ordinary shares
