According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 28.12.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 500 preferred shares for the price of MKD 133 per share, through 3 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.12.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makpetrol AD Skopje- 5 ordinary shares, - EMO AD Ohrid - 35 ordinary shares.
