According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.12.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 290 ordinary shares; - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 274 ordinary shares; - Fabrika Karpos AD Skopje - 100 ordinary shares; - Zito Luks AD Skopje - 286 ordinary shares; - Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 920 ordinary shares.
