According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 28.12.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 3.043 ordinary shares, as follows: - 39 shares for the price of MKD 1.990 per share, through 1 transaction; - 146 shares for the price of MKD 1.996 per share, through 1 transaction; - 471 shares for the price of MKD 1.997 per share, through 6 transactions; - 671 shares for the price of MKD 1.998 per share, through 2 transactions; - 1.716 shares for the price of MKD 1.999 per share, through 6 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.12.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 532 ordinary shares; - KIB AD Kumanovo - 113 ordinary shares; - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 130 ordinary shares.
