According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 28.01.2009:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-130 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 3.400 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.01.2009 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:

- Tehnometal-Vardar AD Skopje - 22 ordinary shares 
- Tolifikacija AD Skopje - 370 ordinary shares
