- 15 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.950 per share, through 1 transaction;

Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought:
- 1 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 48.499 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 72 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 48.500 per share, through 5 transactions;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.01.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- ADG MAvrovo Skopje - 12 ordinary shares,
- Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 294 ordinary shares.
